We run like a real department we have a Chief, Two Assistant Chiefs, Two Captains, and Four Lieutenants That will be in charge. The only drawback is were not Physically going on fire runs. You can learn alot here because there will be Questions asked and you may not know about it and eventually you'll know the answer and you will have learned something. You will also get a peak at how a fire house should be ran. We will also train alot, We will perform simulations of Accidents,and discuss what should be done, and afterwards we will have a little chat in the Chat Room about the Do's and Dont's of our actions. Its all going forth to Training. Hopefully by performing things you do will help you what to do and what not to do in the field. Its better to mess up here, than to mess up on the real thing.Hopefully if you join you will enjoy yourself and learn because were not only here for fun but also to learn more.
